Our Secrets

One of the biggest objections to clean eating is that it's too difficult to cook healthy meals without spending hours in the kitchen. While that can certainly be true if you want to make something elaborate, everyday cooking doesn't have to be complicated or time-consuming just to be healthy. We rely heavily on our Instant Pot and slow cooker around here. I'm telling you, those two things have been a game-changer. Making multiple meals ahead of time has also been very helpful for us at times. The bottom line is that there are many clean alternatives to all of our favorite foods we were already cooking!
