Here's everything you'll need:
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup melted ghee/butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
4 lg eggs
Here's how to do it:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the coconut flour and baking soda to a bowl and mix well.
Pour the melted ghee into the bowl and mix well.
Add the eggs and continue to mix until well-combined.
Use a large-sized cookie scoop (3 tbsp) to measure out dough and drop onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
