Coconut Flour Biscuits

These simple biscuits pair well with sweet and savory dishes alike, without the digestive difficulties of traditional flour.


Prep time: 5 mins

"Cook" time: 20 mins

Serves: 7 biscuits


Here's everything you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup melted ghee/butter

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 4 lg eggs


Here's how to do it:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Add the coconut flour and baking soda to a bowl and mix well.

  3. Pour the melted ghee into the bowl and mix well.

  4. Add the eggs and continue to mix until well-combined.

  5. Use a large-sized cookie scoop (3 tbsp) to measure out dough and drop onto a greased baking sheet.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
